Instructions for assembly were non-existent. The parts diagram,which was also to serve as the assembly directions, was unclear as towhich sites were to use lock washers in assembling. While there are provisions for the installation of casters, they would only allow the use of the type of casters which are made for the Performax Sander stands. These casters are very sturdy; can lock either/or both wheel rotation and caster direction; and they are expensive...
