The best power screwdriver!

The power is more than adequate - the high speed being just perfect and the low speed providing enough torque to undo all but the most stubborn of screws and bolts.

The clutch is extremely handy because it prevents overtightening and breaking off screw heads.

About my only complaint would be that battery management isn't what I'd like. Not quite enough battery life on a charge - and batteries seem to wear out (as in become unuseable and won't take a charge) relatively quickly. However that is just my personal view - Perhaps my expectations are unreasonable. Conside that my experience is that the B&D Versapak battery system isn't as long lasting as this.

I do not recomend this as an all-day tool for someone who works on an assembly line, for example. But certainly it is a more than excellent device. Beautifully designed and built with real metal gears inside.

i definitely recommend this product. best features are the ease of use and the torque control. not for heavy duty use obviously, but very useful as a copier technician's primary tool. installs are a breeze considering the number of screws involved in putting add-ons, accessories, etc. i've used a few black & deckers but none comes close to the milwaukee cordless. i'll buy another if this one breaks. -if.

Best bet for medium size roto hammer

After 20 years of using roto hammers from a number of brands the Milwaukee Hawk is a real treat. Light weight, easy on the hands and wrists the Hawk is my choice for a medium duty / size roto hammer. I don't know how they make so much power vibrate so little and drill so fast. For holes from 3/16 to 1 inch there is no competition.KDM

The Professional Portable Bandsaw

Milwaukee definitely holds the market on this specialty tool. The Deep Cut bandsaw makes it the ideal way to cut pipe, and the weight (as it has a casted shell) does the work for you! There is no comparing the quality and the legnth of life this tool can give you.

I recommend Milwaukee blades, as well. I have tried the PC blades, and those made by Morse and Starrett and have found none to even come close to matching the quality of the Milwaukee.

This is a tool that is built to last, and when it does need servicing, it always comes back to me like new.

You can't go wrong with this helmet

I was finally able to take this helmet out for a test ride today now that it stopped raining. First off, it's a Shoei, so you way ahead of the game there. It has an excellent build quality. The helmet is marketed as having superior ventilation, hence the "GT-Air" model name, but there's not a lot of advancement that can be done in that respect these days IMO. So this is the first thing I wanted to check out so I pulled a couple of 90 mph runs to see if there was a noticeable difference (at least that's my story). To be honest I really didn't feel that the ventilation was any better or worse than any other of the premium helmets I have owned, but there was less wind buffeting than on other helmets. Temp was 62 degrees on the day I was riding and a tad muggy. Everything else about this helmet I like. The flip down visor is a bonus, and it creates that cool jet fighter pilot look. It also has a pinlock fog insert which I haven't used yet. Those things along with the emergency cheek pad release system makes me think the GT-Air is a good dollar value for a mid to high end helmet. Again, the "Air" does not refer to the weight but the ventilation characteristics. I put the helmet on my digital scale, not one of those little pot weighing scales but a 0-50lb shipping digital scale and it came in at 59oz's (sans fog insert). In comparison my 5 year old RF-1000 weighed 54.5 oz's so you get the idea, it's not light by any means.Pros:Great looks - excellent quality - comfy - quietest helmet I ownCons:Ventilation not that spiffyWeightNo tinted shields available - for obvious reasons I guess.

Another great Milwaukee product

This saw is a great product. There are only two drawbacks but they are minimal. One, the maximum cutting depth is 3 1/2 inches compared to the other models at 4 3/4, however the cutting width is 4 1/2 inches so if your good you can cut things as big around as 5 or 6 inches if you roatate the stock. Second, this tool is not equipped with a variable speed trigger. It is two speeds, controlled by a seperate switch. Overall though it is an excellent heavy duty saw. Easy to use and fairly light weight under 20 lbs. to lift and cut, with easy to use front handle for great control. I used it to cut 2/0 service cable at about shoulder level worked really great!!

good bang for the buck

After researching a number of bike repair stands I went for this one because of several features, including price. It's a folding stand with a wide 4 leg base, so easy to store and transport, but stable to work with. It has a listed capacity of 66 lbs, and adjustments are via quick release cams rather than knobs. The rotational locking mechanism has interlocking teeth, which keeps the bike at the angle you've selected rather than allowing it to rotate to a neutral balance position the way some other lesser stands tend to do. The stand comes with both a handlebar rod and a tool tray, which are convenient accessories. The stand was very easy to assemble and had no fitment issues, and I'm pleased with it's performance. I'd suggest you tighten all pre-assembled fittings to maximize stability. My only cons are the feet are made of hard plastic, and will slip on a hard floor surface-my solution was to apply some RTV silicon to the underside of each to provide traction. The only other potential longevity issue is the joints are made of a hard plastic which appears to be up to the task, but I'd be careful about over tightening to avoid potential breakage.

Good quality but barely enough power

While this has proven to be a quality product having seen regular use since I purchased it in 2006, it often fails to provide the power needed for simple tasks like removing lugs, especially if the shop was the last one to tighten them. It almost defeats the purpose. For most other small jobs it is sufficient. You may want to consider something with a little more power, but it will do if its all that fits the budget (as was my case).

Excellent tool box addition

This tool works extremely well and I am on my second one. The first one lasted more years than I kept track of. I have impact tools up to 3/4 drive. This particular tool was quite often used on fasteners that required all the torque it could produce and more. But no matter how much I ran it the thing just kept working without leaking or the hammers falling apart. The one I'm replacing still works but is showing signs of needing a rebuild. If you need to work in tight spaces with pnuematic tools this tool will serve you well for years.

Great BBall shoe

I purchased these shoes to play recreational ball games about a week ago. First impressions were the appearance of the shoe was second to none! I really like that the shoe comes with black, white, and red laces. I put the red ones in as I wanted to accent the red in the shoe. Very well constructed shoe and doesn't seem like it will crease or wear out very quickly. Since them, I have done several "Insanity" workouts and played 3 pickup games of BB at the rec. The first workout that I did in them I could tell they were new shoes but they seemed to brake in fast. After the first few workouts I play some BBall and they were amazing! Great traction, and stayed right with me when driving and making cuts. I would highly recommend these for for anyone looking for a good BBall shoe!

A really heavy duty tool with the following notable characteristics: Exhibits noisy sheet metal at some speeds and vibration at highest speeds. Quill travel is only 4+ inches. At low speeds this press generates very high torque and will damage tools if the operator is not careful. (I installed a 1/2" chuck and did not drive the adapter in tightly. This press twisted the adapter out and ruined the chuck for precision work.) Depth gauge is slow to use. Tool does not have a quill lock. Like all drills of this type there is a big gap in speeds and getting over the gap requires switching belts. The table is very big and heavy. If you put a big cross vise on it, raising the table is very laborious. I rigged up a counter weight, and it makes life much easier. Runout with supplied 3/4" chuck is well under 0.002", which is excellent.All in all, I think this press is bigger and stronger than I need. I'm thinking of selling it and getting the Delta variable speed with 6" quill travel and quill lock. The Delta costs less and, unless someone needs to drill or saw large holes in steel, I don't think they need this much drill press.Also, all parts of the tool are VERY heavy. Unless you are a professional weight lifter, get a strong friend to help with assembly. Tool was packed very well and was delivered in perfect condition. Tech support is excellent.

If your looking for A well built drill press this is the one, believe me I've looked high and low and whats on the market doesn't compare unless your willing to spend $2600.00 on up. The pulleys are heavy duty, the body and base are heavy duty, the motor is 1 1/2 hp 110 or 220, the light and on and off motor buttons are located perfectly, I haven't seen A drill press this well built in 25 years for the price, it was worth every penny so don't be stupid and buy an under rated drill press that can't even drill through A piece of 3/16" steel without freezing up, if you want A power horse this is the press for you, I'm so happy someone still makes A qualitity press that's affordable, Thanks Jet. ( Don't even consider Grizzly Drill Presses ) Been There already :(Mike From Nevada!

I saved a long time for this drill press. I am very pleased with it's performance. I was a little surprised to see it is made in China, but as the packaging states, This drill press is built to Jet's specifications. The motor is very heavy duty. If you don't have a tractor get a strong friend to help put the head on it. Very Pleased Old Fart

Excellent Phone

Quick review on usage so far:1) Display - simply stunning, the best I have seen so far. true the viewing angles are a bit off but not bad at all. in fact I realized I never watch my phone in an angle other than head on- but checked it out only since it was mentioned in reviews. The colors simply are the best I have seen and contrast is quite good too. I have used a galaxy note and an iPhone 4 and was a bit worried after reading a few reviews but now I am very satisfied. In fact had a video shoot out for a 720p video (oblivion trailer) with a note2- and the winner was clearly the ZL. The difference in screen size is almost insignificant. I will write in detail about the display later as there is so much more to talk.2) Battery (stamina mode)- 100% charge at 6am - normal day- 25mins of calls, 40mins watched videos, 30-40mins of browsing(WiFi and 3G), 30-40mins of messaging and mail, 20-25mins Google play, 20mins gaming(asphalt7), 20-30mins misc. = ended the day with about 46% charge at 11:30pm. (I don't think I will be using my phone for 3hrs every day - this is only in the beginning :-) need to use my nexus 7 as well from time to time so that it doesn't feel left out) - big plus to stamina mode3) Performance - normal operation- with a quad core processor u wud expect lag free but I did feel slight lag from simply scrolling the home screen- this can be attributed to custom ui and frankly I have seen this on almost all android handsets except the nexus devices which don't have any lag even on dual core processors. In fact the lag vanished on my old note when I rooted and loaded a custom ROM on it. This lag is insignificant and 90% of people won't be able to notice it- only maybe the ones who have used an iPhone - which funnily shows some lag when it is rooted.4) Performance - games - simply a beauty - zero lag and excellent load times - faster than note and iphone4 - tested asphalt7. Also remember this phone is displaying 1080p so it is amazing that it manages to run significantly faster. It is also slightly faster than note 2 - though not by much.5) Camera - quite good. The best in outdoor shots and pretty good at indoor shots. Colors are quite good and realistic- I am not a fan of camera on a phone but I like the camera on my old iPhone 4 and now this.6) Audio - I felt it was a bit low on volume at first but after using it for last 4 days it does not seem inadequate at all - the volume is slightly lower than my note but the audio is much clearer and very pleasant to hear. The stock earphones are quite good too.Overall very satisfied with the phone - and as a plus the design feels quite good too - IMHO best smart phone have had the joy of owning but this is purely personal preference.

New hardware and new software. Great phone. Improved Android (Jellybean). Just not very solid and slightly impractical to hold and handle.
