It's simply wonderful for everything I cook -- hot or cold. I've used it in anything requiring sugar from Coleslaw and Cheesecake to Key Lime Pie, and I always get rave reviews. No one seems to notice that it's not sugar as there's no funky aftertaste with Zero. Over the past 40 years, I've used pretty much every sugar substitute out there, and this one is by far the best I've come across. I've also found that one bottle lasts me three to four months although I do a lot of cooking. In fact, I just opened my second bottle yesterday and have ordered two more so I'll have them for all my holiday baking needs. Even more telling is the fact that my husband, who has never had to use a sugar substitute until recently and is a true coffee fanatic happens to really enjoy Zero in his coffee. It's perfect to use in baking or anything you need to add sweetness to. I am a diabetic, and like most folks had trouble controlling my blood sugar even with medication. That is until I found the low carbohydrate lifestyle of Fat to Skinny and the help of Fat to Skinny zero sweetener. I have almost made it to my goal weight, stabilized my blood sugar, come off of all my diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure medications all the while still getting to enjoy my desserts. How great is that!! I notice no aftertaste but the best part no tummy issues that some sweeteners can have. I used to love to use Splenda® (or any of the store brands) in packets or bulk powder form, but unlike those this has no added fillers to add carbohydrates and to spike my blood sugar. This little bottle holds the equivalent of 6 lbs. of sugar and is so easy to just throw in my purse to take along with me. It is the only sweetener I ever use in my morning coffee, and I would never use anything else. I used to use Sweet N Low, but there were too many stories about side effects. Some of the others don't taste that bad, but have higher carb counts. ZERO is the only one I have found that tastes great, is safe to use, AND has zero carbs. With that combination of benefits, it's the only one I ever use. And even though I use it literally every day, a single bottle lasts me about 4 months. I lost 80 pounds using the "Fat To Skinny" way of eating, and this product is a great way to stay on that track. Highly recommended.
