Great Sounding Drum

We got this as a present for our ten-year-old after hearing it in the music room at school. It is extremely melodious (for a drum!) and easy to play. Sounds great, feels great.

great value

We purchased two of these for our music classroom. We already have 4 of the tunable Remo tubanos, but due to budget restrictions and the desire to get more drums in kids' hands, we went with these. The tone is very pleasant, and will fit well with the drums we already have. They are light and easy for the kids to move, and the smaller size makes them more approachable. The jungle print is very cute too. I hope they are durable- that's my only concern!I'm very glad we bought them.

very pleased mom

My 3 year old daughter received her Little Tikes Easel from her Grandmother as a birthday present. My daughter loves it. We purchased colored chalk and more paper and she couldn't have been happier. I found the assembly to be a snap. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. I am very pleased with how easy the clean up is. The trays are easy to remove and transport to the sink to wash out paint. My daughter has many Little Tikes products and they have never failed to live up to our high expectations.

Love this toy

I bought this easel for my then 15 month old for Christmas. She is now 22 months old and we play with it every day. It is really sturdy and easy to put together, and the crayon holder lifts off for easy cleaning. I haven't tried the chalk side yet but I am going to soon. This a great investment as it will grow with your child and the quality makes me think that this toy will be around for quite a few years. One word of advice is that it does take up quite a bit of room.

A good buy if your child isn't real tough on toys.

My son and daughter really enjoyed this easel. The removable trays make it easy for cleaning up. Getting paper has never been a problem. I just get 12x18" drawing or newsprint paper and fold and tear about 4-5 inches off the length. When my daughter was 1 yr. old until about 2 yrs. old I taped 12x18" paper horizontally since she couldn't reach as high. Both children could paint at the same time by taping one child's paper to the chalk board. The problem we had with it was that the posts that hold on the removable trays broke. Now I have to find out if the parts can be ordered from the company or make more out of wood. My son climbed on the tray to try to reach something and it broke, but as long as your child doesn't take things apart and climb on things the way my son does, it would be a good buy.

Our son LOVES it!

After our 2 year old son learned to climb out of his crib, he wouldn't sleep in his room at all...until we bought him this bed! The side are high enough that he can't roll out and he just thought it was so great he had to tell everyone about his new carbed. There are a few things to keep in mind when buying it though. One is the size. It is a large bed so make sure you have room for it. The second is that there is about 1 1/2" space between the mattress and the bed (for the comforter to fit) and I have found quite a few toys (and other items) down there. We did have a little problem with one wheel staying on and I contacted Little Tykes. They were great and shipped a replacement part to us that came a lot quicker than I thought. But the wheels are only held on by a screw so you have to make sure kids don't pull or climb on the wheels or they will probably come off.

Very happy 2 year old

We bought this bed for my son when he was 20 months old and I was pregnant with child #2. He loves it! He loves anything with wheels so we had no trouble moving him from the crib in the nursery to his big boy room complete with car bed (and truck wallpaper border of course!). What I like most about the bed is that the sides are higher than the mattress so that he can't roll out and we don't need a railing. If you feel that you need more of a side I have even seen people take out the box springs so that the mattress is enclosed on all sides. And of course, just like the rest of Little Tikes products, it is very durable. Well worth the money!

My son loves it -- but can be a danger

My 3 year old loves this bed and finally sleeps though the night! However, it uses a standard size twin mattress (38"wide x 75"long which creates a 4-inch gap along one side or 2-inch gap on both sides. My son gets his arms and legs stuck along the sides and if you put it on one side, his whole body would fit through the gap! I am very disappointed that this product does not fit the mattress as stated.

We Love It

The whole family enjoys constructing a Rokenbok structure that uses this sorter to move balls into the trucks. The balls zoom! We load one truck, then switch the sorter's mechanism to load the next one. The trucks zoom off to dump their load and race back to pick up the next load. It's a challenge to figure out and change to the correct path! It's a blast and it's not Nintendo, so we not only like it - we love it!

I have been colecting & buying Rokenbok for over two years and I think the Rokenbok Action Sorter & Conveyor is a great add-on for Rokenbok. It sorts the blue balls from the red. Even though it is a little pricey, it is really worth it.

One of the Best Toys to Keep Younger Children Busy

I bought this particular toy for a very good customer who just had his first child. As soon as the little one can walk I know that he will be captivated by the colors and shape of this table. It may seem expensive but how many toys do we buy that get broken or discarded shortly after the package is opened?I used to work for a company that had one of these in each of their 300+ stores so that the children of prospective customers would keep busy and the parents would not be distracted. IT WORKS! And even if your 2-6 year old (the best ages for a toy like this, in my opinion) grows tired of it, think how nice it would be to have their playmates happy and occupied!I have six children myself (all grown now) so I've had a lot of experience with money wasted on poorly made toys. This one is a well made version of a classic and well worth the price.

The legs keep falling off. I have used similar products from Anatek which stood up to much abuse by children, This piece is not durable enough for kid play.

2Pac's style, lyrics, beats, originality, (I can go on forever) will never be matched. What makes him so good is that he raps about things that actually happen to him when he's not talking about sex or cursing out east coast rappers. This is a great collection of songs, and some are edited for legal reasons. The addition of the unreleased songs, especially "Changes", puts this above All Eyez On Me as his best album. The ratings max at 100.

The Cd starts out with two great songs: Keep Ya Head Up and Two of Amerikaz Most Wanted. Keep Ya Head Up is about the troubles that our women suffer today. A slower sad song. Followed by Tupac and Snoop Dogg kicking a$$ in a song with the best beat and best lyrics. The next few songs aren't the greatest, but good beats and good lyrics. A few point outs for the rest of Disc One: Unconditional Love: A very, very good sad song about hard times and loved ones. Trapped: About livin a thug life. Life Goes On: Helping to understand death and giving dedication to their friend Kato. Hit 'Em Up: A powerful, vulgar rap portraying the hate against Biggie Smallz and Junior M.A.F.I.A. Disc Two: Troublesome is another powerful, fast song about living a hard life in the ghetto. Good Beat. Brenda's Got a Baby is a realistic portrayal of teen pregnecies and how life goes wrong for some. I Ain't Mad at ya is not a great song, but stands it's ground. Changes is one of Tupacs greatest. It's fast beat and poetically written lyrics combine to make a moving song about changing society and treating humans right. California love talks about the hustling scene in Cali. Picture Me Rollin, an upbeat boastful fun song about money, cars, and High Rollin. How Long Will They Mourn Me is a slower dedication by Thug life to Kato. Dear Mama is a song for Tupacs struggled stressed mother that did her best to raise Tupac. It's all About U is about women and sex, fast and fun. To Live and Die in L.A. is a slower song talking about the scene in South Cali. A compilation of 2Pacs best songs.

At Last! The digitally remastered release with bonus tracks is this one, so you don't need the Essential Etta James, this is it, and it is truly essential. I personally can't live without this album in regular rotation; it's a superb pick-me-up that just grabs your heart from the get-go and keeps you smiling and grooving all the way through. At last! showcases Etta's power as the hottest blues diva on the 60's circuit, and along with Etta James Rocks the House you've got two of the best CDs ever put out in blues and R&B . Pure Sexuality!

Wow! If you're looking for a new way to romance the one you love, look no further than At Last by Etta James! Forget Bolero, lite rock and smooth jazz! Her voice is raw and powerful and will reach into the deepest part of your "soul." Most renditions of Stormy Weather try to be Lena Horne sound alikes and it just doesn't work. Etta James takes the song and turns it into pure heaven with her delivery and straightforward style. I knew she sang At Last, but when I heard the Diet Coke Commercial with I Just Want to Make Love to You -- I knew it was her and just had to find out more! This one cut is worth the price of the CD if you like your blues down and dirty. Many Cds engineered from older sources have the scratchy background (just like an LP). At Last is clear and has an excellent quality. I've listened to other Cds of Etta and this one, in my opinion, is her best. Each song showcases her remarkable flexibility and power to take a simple melody and make it memorable! Buy this one NOW.

I heard At Last on a telethon for a public radio station and it blew me away. I went right out the next day trying to explain to the clerk the particular qualities of the song that had been cut so many times that made this unique - the voice was sweet and strong, the background music lyrical. And after I left with the CD in hand I realized what a gem I had found. This albumn has the most amazing recordings of Sunday Kind of Love, At Last, Stormy Weather, and several other great hits plus some bonus songs that will knock you out. This is the CD with the original classic cut of I Just Want To Make Love To You - the song now replayed in those tv detergent commercials. The songs I had never been exposed to hit my the most - the wonderful lyrics, the execution, and the upbeat messages. This is a fun jazz albumn, pop albumn, that is still modern despite being just recently re-released from the 1959 recordings. This is Etta James finest albumn.
