Terrific! I am totally converted to the Swiffer

I used to use my lamb wool duster for ever, but when I saw Swiffer Duster coupon at Costco a while back I decided to give it a try. I loved it! I am totally converted to using this duster now. Here are the reasons why:1. No matter how much dust I have, it never falls off.2. When you are done, you don't have to figure out where to shake off the dust. You just take it off and toss it in the garbage. Very handy especially in the winter since I used to shake it off outside. However, when I shake it off in the yard I would see pieces of dust on the bushes. Not any more!3. It is light and easy to maneuver. I use it for dusting everything from TV screens to blinds.4. It is unscented.5. If the house is not too dusty, I can get a couple of uses from each duster.I am attaching a photo with two views: one of the duster's fluffy side and the other of the side which has sleeves to slide onto the duster handle. The fluff does not go all the way around, but I don't find that to be an issue. It dusts very well with what it has.A note on price: The best price for the duster I found at Costco especially when they have a coupon for this item. Amazon price is pretty good but fluctuates. There is a nice online tool that I use to help catch a good price on Amazon, this tool is called "Online Price Alert". This tool will send you an email when the Amazon item price reaches the target price range that you specify. If you search on "online price alert" in Google it will be come up at the top. I find this tool to be very helpful.

I got this through Amazon and it came as described, a 16-count box of refills for the Swiffer duster. They fit the Swiffer and do what they are supposed to, get dust.I prefer these to a reusable duster due to my household having severe allergy sufferers. If we keep a reusable duster around it makes us sneeze when moving it around (as well as using it) and I can see it shaking off dust as I move around the house with it. I haven't noticed as much dust motes falling from the Swiffer duster when I walk around with it. I do have to go through two or three to dust my house (aprox. 1700sq. ft.), but I don't think it is unreasonable as I dust all the fan blades, the blinds, the baseboards and so on when I do dust. These dusters collect a great amount of dust before clumps start falling off, when they get overloaded I stretch out their use by shaking it out over our outside trash bin and reusing. I've found doing this gives about two extra uses.Since they are exactly what they claim to be and do what they claim to do (fit Swiffers and dust) as well as not aggravate my family's allergies, they get five stars.

As of the time I am writing this, this three pack set of Swiffer duster refills is more economical than buying three single boxes of refills on Amazon; and the duster refills never become so old that they "expire!" These fit easily onto the Swiffer duster handle and they really do an excellent job of trapping dust, hair or even small particles of food in hard to reach places. I am simply amazed that these dusters do so much more than just move the dust around--these things actually pick up the dust, hair and more and make `em stick to the duster like anything! This helps a lot when you can't vacuum certain places.While you can use these duster refills to dust, you can also use them to clean record albums. I am a huge music enthusiast and Swiffer dusters help tremendously when I need to clean the dust and light dirt residue off a vinyl record album. You can use the duster again and again on quite a few record albums before they begin to discolor; when the duster turns from a light blue to a light grey it's safe to assume that you need to switch to a new duster.You can also just use the duster without its handle. The duster refill fits easily in your hand without its handle; and this can be useful when you're dusting off a low coffee table or an end table that has a book on it; indeed the duster refill can often work well alone without its handle when cleaning other surfaces. However, I wouldn't use this with cleansers such as Windex. For example, when cleaning a mirror with glass cleaner you might prefer to use something else like a soft, absorbent yet inexpensive washcloth or perhaps a soft paper towel.I highly recommend the Swiffer duster refill packages for dusting around the house and other jobs--including what may be lesser known uses like cleaning old vinyl record albums. You can't go wrong!
