The best

Freud's 2+2 raised panel bits are the best out there. Panels require very little sanding, there is absolutely no chiping on the face, very time saving. Cuts Great, But throws Chips

I've decided that I will always buy Freud router bits because I've always liked them, and this bit is no exception. Right from the start this bit cut beautifully. I turned my router speed down to about 11,000 rpm because of the bit size and tested this on a piece of pine. The cut was perfectly clean with no chip out and no burning. I really like the Quadra Cut technology but with a bit this size, it tends to throw a good amount of chips all over the place, regardless of how good your dust collection is. No really a big deal to be honest, it just means a little more clean up. Overall this is an excellent bit that has given me great results several times now.
