Waist band is too big.

After reading several reviews, I ordered my normal size (10). They fit well everywhere except the waist, which is about 3 inches bigger than I am. Because they fit well in the hips and legs, I'm keeping them, and will wear a longer top on the outside. I like to tuck in a shirt sometimes, so this limits my options. The print is quite nice.

These NYDJ are cut a little fuller where it is needed, yet still gives a slender look and feel. Most comfortable jean I've worn for a while.

These pants are made in the U.S.A. They fit and look great, and have 3% spandex which gives you some stretch, in case they shrink in the dryer. I am very happy with the purchase and they were cheaper by $25 than any place where I can purchase them locally. They were half price on an Amazon deal.
