5solid and easy to install.
By johndoe13
Solid all brass construction, VERY easy to install. It fits 3 hole installations with a plate. Since it is for single hole installation, there is only one bolt, which pushes a washer plate against the sink. The bolt is generous is lenght, so makes it easy to tighten. Hand tightening seems adequate, but I gave it a few turns with a basin wrench just to make sure. Added benefit is that faucet comes with attached supply lines which fit 3/8" valves, but adapters are also included. Main reason for buying this was that it has a ceramic disc valve, which is supposed to be the best. Be sure to put plumber's putty as instructed to ensure a tight seal around faucet body.

5Good value, solid and reliable
By Fred
Had this one installed couple of years ago. Solid, reliable, smooth operation and stylish. The ceramic disk will give many years of trouble free operation. High-arc spout is a nice feature giving additional clearance above the sink. Never had any problems with Price Pfister Company over the years in replacing defective parts.I manage properties and Price Pfister fixtures are all I install. Don't remember the last time a tenant called to fix any of those fixtures. Before, the old style fixtures we had constant problems with the rubber washers and valves.

1Very bad quality
By Baron Williams
I've had to replace this faucet 2 times. Each time the hot water line burst. I have normal water pressure and never had a problem ever with any other faucet lines bursting in my house. My hot water pressure is normal and the temperature is on the lowest setting. The supply lines should not burst. Because you can't easily replace the hot water line for this faucet, once it breaks you need to throw it out. The other problem is that the faucet arm which controls the water flow to the sink will not allow a low water flow without it falling down and shutting of the water flow on its own. This is a hassle. This faucet looks nice. It looks heavy duty. But it's a piece of junk. Don't bother with it. The water lines are easily broken, cheaply made, and the faucet can't be used at low water flow without shutting off the water.
