Wi-Fi night light

The unit itself is quite small and not much of an eyesore like other wall attached units. I have a fairly big home and I am buying a second unit for my sons room so I can place the Roku in his room so daddy can watch the NFL draft. I mainly use this device simply for my iPad but what I like about it most is that its a complete wireless setup and very easy to configure. The only problem I can honestly say is about the reset button. The device has to be powered on for a reset, so I can see people having difficulties resetting with low placed outlets. What I did was just turn it upside down, wait 30 seconds for it to fully boot, then hold the factory reset for 10 seconds. Tech support was very helpful on answering any questions that I've had. Solid product and customer support. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

We needed a boost to our wifi signal after moving our router to a new location. First we purchased a new 'long range' router that didn't improve anything for us. So we returned that, plugged our old router back in, bought this, plugged it in, walked through 5 mins of set ups...and poof... we have full strength signals in every single room of our 2400 sq ft house. Perfect answer and well worth the $!

AMPED WIRELESS REC10

It a nice well built unit and the setup is relatively easy...the reset time to default doesn't work all the time...it's a good unit for home but you can't connect to a hotspots or some of the major splash pages.. The software doesn't do WISP... And the repeater doesn't create a login page.. It just asks for a security key.. So if you are trying to log on to a hotel splash page you are out of luck....When I called Customer Service I had a long wait... Finally I hung up..wrote an email. No reply yet... Finally got thru sat at 9 am.... TEch support told be it can't connect to splash pages.... And he didn't know if the new firmware would address this issue.. So there you go...Amped should mention that in their ads
