Super service, great quality

Carl's sent the item same day, arrived within 3 days using standard shipping. I used the screen within a week doing a presentation before about 100 people. The sent the screen in a plastic bag that also fits in a provided canvas bag, also great for keeping the screen clean in between gigs. The only suggestion I'd make is that the size I ordered was not exactly 9'x12' ... it was slightly different. This was no big deal, I waited to build the frame until I received the screen, but if the exact dimensions were provided, I could have built the frame while waiting for delivery.I would highly recommend ordering from Carl's. And should Carl's decide to offer discounts to returning customers, I might even order a smaller screen for smaller gigs.
