Simple Healthy Soy Milk Making

What finally make me choose the CTS-2038 versus the other Joyoung models is its larger capacity (1500 - 1700 ml) and the rice paste functions. Rice Paste are convenient way of making Chinese deserts. Making soy milk is very easy. Put ingredients into the pot as described in the manual, plug in the power, press the selection and Soy Milk is done in 30 minutes. It is much quieter than I thought. I am expecting something like a blender. But it makes a spinning noise for a few seconds, then it is quiet. It does so in intervals rather than continuously. The larger capacity means I can make soy milk every other day so saves time. As for the cleaning, make sure you clean right away and uses a sponges. I try washing it just under water but it is not clean enough. You need to scrub it a bit, especially right above the blade below the motor. I always find a piece of soy bean struck in there. But it is easy to clean and done in 5 minutes.With the CTS-2038, I can now control the sugar in my soy milk - which is beneficial to my health and it tastes Yummy!!!

Sleek design. Setup is easy. Afterwards, it is just one button to pick your option (soaked bean, dry bean, etc.) . In 30 minutes, it grinds periodically, then it is quiet most of time. When the soy milk is ready and hot, the pot is not messy. Very nice. Cleaning is not a hassle. I use a brush under running water.When you first try it, make sure to add water at least to the water line. Otherwise, it won't work. I overlooked this in Instructtion, so it took me several times to make it work. Another thing is that I found soaked beans makes much smooth soy milk while there are pulps in dry beans.Anyway, I am happy with it. Hope it lasts forever, ha...
