Great bulbs at a great price!

71¢ per blub!! Amazing price for 104 GE 13W CFL bulbs. This was the best deal I found by far. I'm replacing every 60W bulb in my house.GE makes excellent CFL light bulbs. These bulbs are 2700 Kelvin, very close to the color of 60W incandescent bulbs. Cheap quality bulbs usually have harsh white lighting, but these light bulbs have a warmer level light that doesn't wash out skin tones.The bulbs also turn on fast to almost full brightness, something cheaper CFLs don't do.The average life span of these bulbs is over 9 years. That means that half of the bulbs may die at 4 ½ years and half at 9 years. Lifespan can be affected by many factors, including how many times a day they are turned on and off and how long they stay on. Typically, the more times you turn a bulb on and off the shorter their lifespan.I can read just as well with the light from these 13W GE EnergySmart(tm) CFL Soft White bulbs as a 60W incandescent bulb.These bulbs are not compatible with dimmers, photocells or timers. If you need a bulb for one of these items check the package to make sure the bulb is compatible.If your CFL bulbs will be in recessed cans, enclosed light fixtures or ceiling fans they may burn out prematurely. It can be caused by the heat generated at the base of the bulb in an enclosed environment.Bulbs were well packaged; everything arrived in excellent condition. They came in a strong box with lots of bubble wrap and no broken bulbs.Great replacement bulbs which will save me energy and money!!
