Back corset style lacing will allow for 4 inches to fit 2 sizes, so even if you are close, as long as you choose above your natural waist size, you'll get an excellent fit. This is a high waisted skirt that goes in at the natural waist, that is where you want to measure. Has 2 drawstrings at the back and you just slide the material up the drawstring to create as much bustle as wanted. 2 layers of ruffles are stationary at the hem, and 2 layers are what bustle in back, but also can be tucked up and played with in front. 23" long from above natural waist.

This skirt blew my mind. It was cool in the picture online, but up close the material was softer than I expected which is a good thing. I feel like such a rebel when I put this skirt on. Now all I need is the rest of the get up to be complet.
