Tool for the job

This is the model to use for driving seldrilling screws through many layers of sheet metal. I bought to drive #14 and #12 screws to assemble my metal building. The versa clutch is a must. Works great where other models weren't fast enough or didn't have the adjustable torque.

We erect self-storage buildings for a living. This is the only screwgun that we allow our crews to use. They last a long time (in our business, a year is a long time). They are easily repaired when minor things break, and fortunately that doesn't happen often. Right now, we have about 30 of them out in the field. Will continue to purchase these.

I have tried several cordless drill/drivers in the past. Almost every time the battery would be dead or to little charge to get the job done. A regular corded drill does not make a good screwdriver because of high speed and no torque control. The DeWalt DW268 6.5 amp Screwdriver solved my problem. Thanks Amazon.com for the fast delivery.
