Great for laptop, if you can find one

I actually have two of these "monitor" arms. I use them for my laptop (used in two different places). I use it to free up desktop space and put the laptop screen at a better viewing height (ergonomics: but this does require external keyboard and mouse). I had some difficulty finding a second one of these when I decided to buy it a few months ago.It does the job beautifully. Since it is designed (originally) for a very heavy CRT monitor (does anyone still use these?) it gives me a lot of security for my laptop. My one "wish list" item is that the arm itself could be adjusted for height. But, I'm satisfied with it as it is.If you want to save desktop space and improve your laptop ergonomics (and you already have the desire for an external keyboard and mouse) this is a very "solid" purchase.John B
