I took Yamoa about 12 yrs ago for the first time. I took it until I did not hear any wheezing while taking deep breaths. I have not had to visit the Emergency room for any asthma attacks for 12 yrs. Three out of five people in our household are currently taking the yamoa powder in honey for recurring bronchitis or asthma. We have been taking it for about 3 weeks and it got me over my latest bout of bronchitis without the usual antibiotics and steroids and my wife's cold that was turning into bronchitis (which happens when the cold and congestion hang on longer than a week) went away. We are have our 6 y.o. son taking it who gets asthmatic whenever he gets sick. We'll see the next time he gets a cold if this keeps him from coughing for weeks on end.
