5Like Butter!!
By P. Graham
I was cutting 16" slate tiles on this saw. Its really only designed for 12" so the guide plate was not as useful but even so, it breezed through every tile with ease. Blade that came with saw was just fine. I covered 300 sqft in a day and lots of nooks and crannies meant a lot of cutting. Highly recommend this saw. Stay away from cheap smal 4" blade saws sold in Home Depot and the like. If you want pain free cutting, this is the saw. Motor was very powerful.

5best saw for the money
By Dusty Bob
I purchased the MK370 tile saw about 6 years ago, I am not a pro tile setter, but I do alot of small tile jobs such as bathrooms counter tops etc. My only complaint about this saw is that it is aw heck, I really cant complain about it at all. It does the job well, it"s easy to move about, light weight and didnt cost an arm and a leg. I would reccomend this saw to anyone who has a fairly small, or even a pretty large tile project. If you plan on using tiles larger than 12" it can become a bit of a challenge, but not impossible to pull off. Where I live the cost of renting a tile saw is about $100.00 per day. In just a few days time you can own this little beauty and rent it to your friends and make all your money back in no time. Buy it, you:ll like it.

I tiled my entire bathroom, shower, and wainscoating with this saw. It worked perfectly and still does to this day 5 years later. Great tool for the money
